    My neighbor's old GE dryer broke and come to find out that it's knob shattered (most likely due to its age). Googled the model number of the dryer and found Thrifty Appliance. I had some questions to which they promptly replied, making me feel I was making the right choice. I then placed my order and a live person responded thanking me for my order! It arrived, was installed and my neighbor is happy that she can now dry her clothes again. Thanks Thrifty Appliance!
