The agitator stopped turning during the wash cycle, and it made a grating noise during the wash cycle. I diagnosed it and purchased this inexpensive part. My husband and I replaced this part after watching videos online. Please note that we really struggled with the pin not going in, but finally figured out that you can't screw the hub down until the pin is in first (which is not what videos said to do). Also, don't overtighten the screws! But it worked and I'm happy to finally wash some clothes!

I can’t express how pleased I was with Thrifty Appliance Parts in my time of need.
