Suspension rods are used in top load washers to reduce the amount of noise and vibration produced by the unit.
Failure Symptoms: Excessive noise and shaking of the unit.
How to Test: Check to see if one or more of the rods have broken or come out of place.
Repair Tip: When replacing a suspension rod, it is recommended that all rods on the unit be replaced at the same time so they will wear evenly, preventing future balance issues.

Worked great got rid of my dc code.
I bought four of these items with hopes they would fix the problem I was having with my washer not spinning. I am happy to say that my washer is not good as new.
Replaced the 4 corners with these new rods and washer is like new again.
Super Easy to install. Be sure to watch the YouTube video first for on how to remove the top cover. Also grab some white lithium grease since you'll need that on the rods. Quick shipping was a plus, too.
We had the DC error code on our washer for a few weeks. We got the products and followed the video instruction from another site and it worked good as new. I would recommend doing this yourself if you are able to. It was very easy.
after replacing all four rods, the balancing issue is gone, but I have no idea how long they will be good.
I read a lot of repair suggestions for the samsung spin cycle problem. Samsung is aware of it and has recalled washers from 2011 to 2016 I believe. Looks like some may be fixed with these rods but not all. Mine was not fixed with these rods. I even added rubber and zip ties like some improved models and it still had the same spin cycle problem. If the old ones look ok they probably are. Ours was 4 years old with a lot of use and I dont think the rods were actually bad after seeing the new ones did not change anything. If you really do need these parts these on here are good quality.
Finally!! I have had this issue for prob 6 months and it was extremely annoying to have it stop right before washer maxhine started spinning. I got off my lazy butt and began researching ways to fix it vs buying another machine bc I really like the machine I have. After trying to stuff foam pieces into the machine and that didnt work, I came across this site, purchased the right parts, installed it in 10 min and started the load and viola it has not stopped since!
This site was always way cheaper than any other site, thanks!!
Product came quickly and rods were easy to install!
