Part was a perfect fit to the original and the holes were tapped making installation very quick and easy. The part came with the plastic hinge shield installed which was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this part to anyone working on a Whirlpool Duet.

Washer door hinge
After reading some reviews, I was not sure what to expect. . I emailed to verify the part number would fit my product I compared the new hinge to the old one and everything matched up. The holes were threaded, tabs in the right place.I just finished installing the new hinge on the washing machine. Everything lined up perfectly. I will be using thirfty in the future for my other appliances if needed. Ty again for getting back to me when I had a question.

As promised, the hinge was new and a direct replacement.
The hinge arrived in the mail in the promised 2-3 days.
The price was very good. Some used hinges were priced way higher.
I install the hinge quickly with no issued, with the help of an installation video I found on Youtube made by a different parts supplier.
