Part Description: The thermal fuse cuts off power to the dishwasher if the dishwasher overheats.
Failure Symptoms: Dishwasher won't start.
Testing: Test for continuity with a multimeter. If there is no continuity, the fuse should be replaced.
Bonus Tip: The thermal fuse blows when the dishwasher overheats. If you're replacing the fuse, you should also look for what's causing your dishwasher to overheat and replace that item as well.
