Repair Skill Level: 2 | Beginner to Moderate
Minimal disassembly (if any) and some basic tools may be needed.

Part Description: The belt rotates the dryer drum.

Failure Symptoms: Dryer stopped spinning or won't spin.

Testing: Trying turning the drum by hand. If the drum spins easily, the belt is likely broken and the cause of the problem.

Bonus Tip: Overloading the dryer is a common cause of broken dryer parts. Learn your dryer's max capacity to get the best longevity out of it.

My clothes dryer belt died/broke. I found a replacement on this website and was happy to have it shipped the next business day and in my mail quickly. Problem solved, back to clean clothes!

  • I hope this helps

It was pretty crinkled up when I received it but I threw it in the dryer for a little while and that took most of the memory out. I just had one wrap to adjust. I hope this helps.
